Our organization is seeking a seasoned Business Growth Specialist to spearhead our expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Foster strategic relationships with key stakeholders to identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities;
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth across Western Australia and the Eastern states;
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that contractual terms align with commercial objectives;
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of opportunities and provide regular updates to senior management;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support;
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS TO SECURE NEW AND ONGOING BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES;
- Demonstrated track record in business development or sales, preferably in mining, oil & gas resources, health, finance, or education sectors;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs and craft tailored solutions;
- Strong negotiation and closing capabilities to secure new business deals;
- Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation techniques;
