- Compliance with National Quality Standards: Adhere to Goodstart's policies, procedures, and requirements to ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards.
- Building Relationships: Foster strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Contributing to the Education Program: Actively participate in the development and implementation of the education program in the room and the centre.
- Reflective Practice: Contribute to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
- Professional Development: Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Qualifications: Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care or be willing to study towards it.
- Work Rights: Possess appropriate Australian work rights.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Time Management: Exhibit good time management and organisational skills.
- Teamwork: Show the ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
- Flexibility: Be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts.
- Interest in Early Years Education: Display a genuine interest in early years education and a passion for working with children.
- Working with Children Check: Hold a valid Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one.
- Immunisation Requirements: Meet Goodstart's immunisation requirements.
