About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Horsham. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the education program in the room and centre team, engaging and supervising children at all times, and maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively contribute to the education program in the room and centre team
  • Engage and supervise children at all times
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
About Goodstart Horsham

Our 70-place centre is located in the central part of town, close to public transport, shops, and local amenities. We have an established and dedicated team of qualified Educators, and a brand new Centre Director who balances a wealth of industry experience with a passion to support her team.
