About the Role
We are seeking a Supervisor to lead our Technology Site Operations team, responsible for the preventative maintenance and technical field support of our Operational Technology Systems. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Superintendent Technology Site Operations to ensure the effective operation and maintenance of our technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Responsible Person for Technology resources on site, ensuring safe systems of work and effective incident management.
- Manage and coordinate tasks and resources to resolve incidents and events in accordance with business priorities.
- Review maintenance work tasks and schedules, working with planners to ensure good work management practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective operation and maintenance of our technology environment.
- Work with Technology Mines Principals, Project Managers, and Engineering to facilitate site-based project activities.
- Act as the escalation contact for Technology site operations issues.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a background in Operations Technology, preferably in large-scale environments. You will be a great people manager, leading a team of 2-20 personnel, with proven experience leading high-performing teams in an operational environment. You will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a high-pressure environment.
