About This Opportunity

We are a National Partnership Kindergarten to Year 12 school located on tropical Palm Island, embodying the vision of students confidently engaging with the global community while staying strong in their culture and identity.

The selected person will have access to Department of Education housing, and may be entitled to relocation support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling and therapeutic interventions with students, parents, and families.
  • Administer specialized psycho-educational assessments of students with learning and/or adjustment difficulties.
  • Coordinate or assist in the implementation of specific professional in-service training programs for teachers, parents, schools, and other professionals.
  • Support school communities in responding to critical incidents and emergencies as part of the school response team.
