Job Overview

This role involves working with clients to support their return to work and life after physical or psychological injury.

  • Initial assessment, psychometric testing and interventions for job seekers with psychosocial and mental health barriers to employment
  • New employment vocational assessments, transferable skills analysis, recovery support
  • Initial assessments with injured workers and case management for return to same employment
  • Assessing and reporting on psychological functional capacities and completing psychological functional assessments
  • Assessing the effects of mental health and medical conditions on ability to work and making recommendations
