About the Role:

Job Title: City Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced operations leader to drive financial and operational performance, customer growth, retention, and revenue in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing market-level KPIs, P&L, and customer experience.
  • C coach and develop a team of retail, mechanics, and field operations staff.
  • Creating strategic sales and marketing initiatives tailored to market trends.
  • Ensuring compliance with operational SOPs and contributing to process improvements.
  • Managing stock levels, labour spend, and rostering.
  • Maintaining health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Relevant diploma or degree in business management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, retail management, or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills, including team management and sales/marketing expertise.
  • Hands-on operator with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-starter mentality, adaptable to change, and results-driven.
