Job Opportunity

We're seeking enthusiastic and flexible casual staff to join our team in Melbourne, a key city for our growth story. This role offers the perfect blend of independence and teamwork, allowing you to put in hours at your convenience, even outside regular business hours.

Casual work with us involves various shifts around the clock, including daytime, evening and overnight on weekdays and weekends. As part of our casual staff team, you'll have the opportunity to work across different roles, including Operations Driver, Warehouse Technician, and Scooter Swapper.

Our Roles:
  • Operations Driver: As an Operations Driver, you'll be responsible for managing our e-scooter fleet, picking up e-scooters across the city, moving them to high-demand locations, and swapping batteries. You may sometimes work independently or be paired with a ground patroller to support you.
  • Warehouse Technician: Our Warehouse Technicians are skilled mechanics responsible for repairing and servicing our e-scooter/e-bike fleet. They also conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure our e-scooters are functioning properly and safe to ride.
  • Scooter Swapper: As a Scooter Swapper, you would ride an e-scooter to swap batteries on our fleet.
Key Requirements:
  • Able to work regular evenings, nights, and/or weekends, particularly during peak hours when we require most manpower support.
  • Able to work 20-30 hours per week.
  • A suitable personal smartphone (Apple or Android device from 2018 or newer).
  • Ability to regularly lift, carry, and manoeuvre 28-35 kg.
  • For an Operations Driver: Valid driver's licence required.
  • For a Warehouse Technician: Some mechanical repair and/or technical troubleshooting experience is highly preferred.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and can-do spirit.
  • Any further experience in mobility, transportation, logistics, etc., is advantageous.
