We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving financial integrity and enhancing reporting accuracy.


About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional who can deliver accurate and timely financial reporting within a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the integrity of internal controls and accuracy of financial reporting systems.
  • Manage multiple financial ledgers and oversee end-of-month, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
  • Support regional finance teams with reporting activities and manage cash flow and payment authorizations.
  • Conduct variance analysis and cost base management to support relevant directors.
  • Lead budget planning and forecasting processes and ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance – Professional Accounting qualifications are preferred.
  • Significant experience working with SAP ERP and advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
  • A proven track record in accurate and timely financial reporting within a complex environment.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization will be highly regarded.
