Role Description
">We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.
">The successful applicant will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote the health, wellbeing, and dignity of our residents.
">Responsibilities
">- Providing personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming">
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and mobility">
- Developing and maintaining relationships with residents and their families">
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and progress">
Requirements
">- Minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability">
- Passion and energy for delivering world-class care">
- Ability to work effectively as part of a tight-knit team and delegate tasks">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
- Strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards">
