Middleware Administrator Position Overview

This Middleware role focuses on the installation, setup, maintenance and management of IBM WebSphere MQ and related objects within an Agile framework. Primary responsibilities include expertise in installation, configuration, upkeep and administration of IBM WebSphere MQ including creating and configuring MQ objects such as Queue Managers, Remote Queues, Local Queues and Queue Aliases.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of software development methodologies and a proven track record of success in maintaining and administering complex software systems.
