Manufacturing Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will play an essential part in the production of high-quality pet food products, contributing to every stage of the process.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. While no prior processing experience is required, a current forklift license is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery and equipment to process raw materials into finished pet food products
  • Safely load, unload, and transport materials using a forklift
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
  • Package, label, and stack finished products for distribution
  • Clean and maintain production areas and equipment
  • Accurately complete production and safety documentation
  • Follow workplace safety procedures, including PPE requirements
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

Requirements:

  • Current and valid forklift license (essential)
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to perform manual handling tasks and lift up to 25kg
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required
