Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst and Monitoring Expert to join our team at Tideri Jobbörse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of reliable and valid data sets for analysis, reporting, and decision-making in accordance with established frameworks.
  • Coordinate and contribute to Alumni Development Impact Surveys and reporting as specified in the MEL Plan.
  • Develop and implement MEL strategies and gender-sensitive data collection techniques.
  • Provide expert support and guidance to Component Managers and Officers on MEL activities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of MEL reports and communication materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as management, education, evaluation, public health, gender studies, social sciences, or other development-related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, statistics, data management, or related fields.
  • Experience in data collection, management, and analysis methods, including qualitative analysis and gender analysis.
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel-based databases and customized features for data management and analysis.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language.
