About this Opportunity:

Job Summary:
  • As a Team Leader in Housekeeping, you will ensure smooth department operations while maintaining high standards.

You will play a key role in training and supervising the Housekeeping team to guarantee exceptional service levels.

This dynamic role offers the chance to develop your Hospitality career within an international company, either locally or globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Roster staff effectively, balancing occupancy, service quality, and costs.
  2. Order necessary supplies and materials.
  3. Conduct daily operational briefings.
  4. Ensure rooms meet guest needs.
  5. Allocate tasks and monitor performance, cleanliness standards, and presentation of guest rooms.
  6. Provide training for new associates and refresher courses for existing staff.
  7. Supervise staff, maintaining correct standards and procedures.
  8. Develop staff effectiveness through training, coaching, and mentoring.
Qualifications:
  • A genuine desire to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Refined communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • 2-3 years' experience in Hotel Housekeeping.
  • Able to interact with diverse individuals effectively.
  • Possess high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, effective communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
