About the Role

As a Venue Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a high-performing hotel venue. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and team management skills, excellent knowledge of the food and beverage industry, and experience with gaming operations and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing and supervising venue functions to ensure smooth operation;
  • Overseeing operational requirements including marketing, security, maintenance, beverage service, sales and events, gaming and cash management;
  • Utilizing financial acumen and operational experience to deliver operational targets and vision;
  • Providing exceptional customer service across all areas;
  • Developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue in food, beverage, and gaming departments;
  • Leading and motivating a diverse team of employees;
  • Creating and managing live entertainment events and maintaining a vibrant atmosphere;
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations related to the hospitality industry;
  • Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for patrons and staff;
  • Building relationships with suppliers, entertainers, and local community;
