Key Restaurant Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the management of restaurant operations, driving performance, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Job Description:

As a Key Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be accountable for leading a team of professionals in achieving business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the management team in setting goals and objectives, and developing strategies to achieve them.
  • Leading and managing a team of operations staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitoring and controlling inventory levels, managing stockrooms, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:

To succeed as a Key Restaurant Operations Manager, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
