The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Rouse Hill team. As a key member of our Management Team, you'll be responsible for leading a passionate crew to deliver exceptional customer experiences every time.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead & Inspire: Motivate and guide your team to achieve sales targets, resolve conflicts, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  2. Be Hands-On: Take ownership of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shifts, happy customers, and a clean and safe environment.
  3. Focus on Quality: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, drive sales growth, and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
