Legal Counsel Role

We are currently seeking mid-senior level legal counsels with a strong background in commercial and consumer law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on commercial and consumer law matters
  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies to mitigate risk
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years PQE within top-tier private practice or a large in-house legal team
  • Strong technical experience across Commercial Law with exposure to Consumer Law, Intellectual Property, Digital Commerce, and/or Data Privacy
  • Ability to proactively solve problems, and collaborate effectively across multiple teams
  • Excellent analytical, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn business requirements quickly and hit the ground running, analyse legal and commercial risks, and propose creative, business-oriented solutions
