About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Psychologist to join our team at Sarina Russo Group. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will work with diverse clients to support recovery and achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop support case plans and return to work plans
  • Provide therapeutic interventions and support to clients with mental health and physical barriers to employment
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with multidisciplinary specialists, community groups, employers, and government agencies
  • Deliver training and support to staff on dealing with clients with mental health and physical barriers to employment
  • Monitor outcomes and contribute to the development of internal resources
Requirements
  • Registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
  • Desire and motivation to work with clients with multiple complex barriers to employment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage shifting work priorities
  • Ability to communicate with a wide cross-section of the community and non-English speaking background clients
  • Initiative, problem-solving skills, and energy
