Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Psychologist to join our team in Preston and Ringwood offices. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with diverse clients to support recovery and achieve positive outcomes.

• Deliver clinical assessments, therapeutic interventions, and develop support case plans and return to work plans
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with treating specialists, community groups, employers, customers, and government agencies
• Provide training and support to staff on dealing with clients with mental health and physical barriers to employment
• Implement and facilitate an innovative treatment/training program to assist candidates to overcome their barriers
• Monitor outcomes and contribute to the development of internal resources

• Friendly and professional psychologist with a desire to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Registration as a psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or equivalent
• Ability to communicate with a wide cross-section of the community and non-English speaking background clients
• Initiative, problem-solving skills, and energy
