**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Finance Specialist to join our team. This unique role offers defined career growth opportunities and the chance to be part of a booming industry.

The successful candidate will provide support to the business around mergers and acquisitions, project finance, financial analysis, and planning & execution of growth strategy for the organisation.

Key responsibilities include preparing and executing capital raises and M&A deals, developing project valuations, marketing materials, due diligence, and overall transaction management.

You will also support the strategy team in originating and evaluating future projects and building complex financial models.

To succeed in this role, you will need tertiary qualifications, with c. 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Big 4 Corporate Finance/Advisory, or in-house strategy or M&A.

A background in renewable energy infrastructure (or similar) is highly regarded, while advanced modelling skills and sophisticated stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
