We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Financial Services business in Sydney or Melbourne as an Advice Associate. In this role, you will work closely with our Financial Planners to provide comprehensive administrative support and deliver a personalized experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise between financial planners and customers to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Support research and evaluation of data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Assist in the preparation of customer meetings, including research, documentation, and record management.
  • Conduct product research to support our Advisers and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Assist with customer queries and implement customer advice in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with different parts of the business to support business initiatives and drive a well-functioning team.
Requirements
  • Diploma of Financial Services, Financial Planning (RG146 compliance) preferred.
  • Experience in a busy customer service or client-facing role.
  • Previous experience working in a Financial Planning or Advice business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-developed rapport-building and customer engagement skills.
  • Sound risk management thinking and practices.
