Job Description: As a Senior Family Lawyer, you will be working with a dynamic and client-driven team in Brisbane to provide exceptional legal advice and representation in family law matters.

  • Assisting and negotiating property settlements and binding financial agreements.">
  • Acting and representing clients in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), arbitration, and court proceedings.">

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience as a Family Lawyer.">
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a supportive team.">
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop strong client relationships.">
  • Ability to run files autonomously and larger files with support and supervision.">
  • Knowledge of Australian family law and legislation.">
