Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Process Optimisation Specialist to play a key role in driving process improvements within our energy business.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Partner with project managers to embed process improvements across the project lifecycle
  • Develop and refine workflows, checklists, and quality standards to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Analyse current processes, identify opportunities, and implement improvements using Lean Six Sigma principles
  • Build dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel to track and present performance metrics
  • Oversee documentation control, ensuring compliance with certification standards
  • Support onboarding and training, while ensuring seamless interdepartmental handovers across sales, delivery, commissioning, and asset management
  • Present process insights and recommendations to senior leadership on a quarterly basis

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Around 3-6 years' experience with energy projects (solar PV or batteries desirable)
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with the ability to create dashboards and analyse data for decision making
  • Proven ability to design and optimise process flows, ensuring efficiency and compliance with ISO standards
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to influence and embed change across the business
