Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our efforts in simplifying and streamlining our operations.

The successful candidate will develop and execute a strategic vision for the simplification diagnostic function across the organisation, conducting thorough diagnostics to understand the current operating environment and identify complexity drivers.

This role involves designing and implementing innovative solutions to simplify and streamline channels/ products/processes, leading change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of simplification initiatives, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and buy-in.

In this critical role, you will establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of simplification initiatives, drive business outcomes and deliver value to customers.
