Brand Strategy Executive

We are seeking a seasoned brand strategist to drive the development and execution of brand strategies that reflect our purpose and positioning in the early life nutrition category.

About the Role

This is a pivotal role that blends brand management with digital innovation. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for shaping our brand identity across social platforms, paid media, and digital channels, while ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Vision & Leadership: Lead the development and execution of brand strategies that inspire loyalty and advocacy among our target audience.
  • Ensure brand consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints, in alignment with regulatory and commercial objectives.
  • Digital & Social Media Mastery: Co-own the strategic planning and execution of our social media calendar across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.

Requirements

  • Advanced Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in brand management and digital/social media marketing
  • Proven ability to manage paid media campaigns
  • Experience with Meta platforms, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email marketing tools
