Are you a digitally savvy brand strategist with a passion for early life nutrition? Join Sanulac Nutritionals as a Brand Manager for our flagship Alula brand, where you'll support the development and execution of integrated brand activities and lead digital strategies that drive engagement, education, and growth.
About The Role
This is a pivotal role that blends brand management with digital innovation. You'll be responsible for shaping Alula's brand identity across social platforms, paid media, and digital channels, while ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and commercial goals. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver compelling content, optimize media investments, and elevate the brand's presence in a competitive and regulated market.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Management
- Lead the development and execution of brand strategies that reflect Alula's purpose and positioning in the early life nutrition category.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints, in alignment with regulatory and commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, regulatory, commercial) to deliver cohesive brand campaigns and messaging.
- Support trade marketing digital initiatives and ensure brand alignment in retail
- Assist with marketing projects encompassing NPD and HCP where appropriate.
Digital & Social Media Leadership
- Co-own the strategic planning and execution of the Alula social media calendar across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Lead the development of a new website, focusing on user experience, content strategy, and conversion optimization.
- Plan and manage paid media campaigns across Google and social platforms, including always-on and tactical bursts.
- Oversee SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other performance tools to track and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Guide creative content development tailored to each platform and audience segment.
- As we prepare to launch a new website. You'll play a key role in shaping its functionality, user experience, and content strategy—ensuring it becomes a powerful tool for engagement, education, and conversion.
- Present monthly performance reports with strategic insights and recommendations to inform future planning.
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in brand management and digital/social media marketing.
- Proven ability to manage paid media campaigns and optimize performance using data and analytics. Experience with Meta platforms, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of regulated industries, ideally in nutrition, healthcare, or FMCG.
- Certifications in Social Media Marketing, SEO, or Digital Strategy are highly regarded.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for purpose-driven branding.
