Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Stock Control team at our Welshpool Distribution Centre. As an Inventory Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating the movement of stock to fulfill customer requirements, while providing support for our WA branch network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process transfers and requisitions for branch orders.
  • Investigate and respond to branch queries.
  • Engage with other departments to follow up on overdue products/orders.
  • Review store backorders and coordinate the return of stock from alternate locations.
  • Assist with the return of stock back to the DC location.
  • Assist the MFG supervisor with scheduling and creating workpacks.
  • Analyze reports on branch stock inventory.

Requirements:

  • Interest in inventory management/purchasing with a focus on delivering the best outcomes for stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a demanding and customer-focused working environment.
  • Ability to work productively, efficiently, and effectively with initiative and drive, while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Basic skills in MS Office applications - Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Attention to detail.
