About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior P&C Business Partner to join our organization, based out of Brisbane, Melbourne or North Sydney.
This newly created role will take ownership of P&C operations, partner with leaders and subcontractors, drive compliance and training, and focus on longer term strategic priorities.
Our business is fast-paced and ever-changing, delivering major projects and working with key stakeholders.
This role offers a unique opportunity for someone to bring structure, alignment, and leadership to our P&C operations.

Key Responsibilities- Partner with Operations Managers and leaders, ensuring compliance, training, and alignment with policies and procedures.
- Manage day-to-day P&C operations to include workforce planning, performance reviews, succession planning, and talent profiling.
- Coach and guide leaders on performance management and P&C best practices.
- Engage with subcontractors to ensure they feel supported and valued.
- Balancing an operationally heavy workload with longer-term efforts to align P&C strategy with organizational objectives.
About you:
- We are looking for an experienced P&C Business Partner who's ready to step into a more senior, autonomous role.
- Has a strong grasp of end-to-end P&C operations to include compliance, training, change management, and workforce support.
- Is a confident communicator who's comfortable pushing back, challenging ideas, and driving process adherence.
- Can build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders – from senior leaders to subcontractors needing support.
- Balances high-priority operational tasks with longer-term strategic plans.
- Has an analytical mindset for solving problems and identifying gaps in processes.
