Job Purpose And Impact

The Technical Services Specialist will play a critical role in providing technical advice and support to customers during and after product delivery. This position requires a strong understanding of product features and capabilities, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person meetings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve product offerings
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to stay up-to-date on new features and capabilities
  • Identify and report product defects or areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Strong technical background and understanding of product features and capabilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
