The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality EAL training through targeted programs developed in collaboration with local community and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Postgraduate TESOL qualification
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Working with Children Check and National Police Check
  • Knowledge of ASCF and EAL frameworks
  • Strong digital literacy skills
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging course materials and lessons
  • Experience in effectively managing difficult and sensitive topics and questions
  • Demonstrated experience working with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to use learning management systems to create and deliver engaging course materials and student management systems for attendance tracking and results
