About the Opportunity

Based at our Lilydale Campus, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EAL Teacher to join our Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) team.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality EAL training through targeted programs developed in collaboration with local community and industry partners. The role involves delivering accessible community-based programs that target education and employment outcomes for students in our local area.

  • Postgraduate TESOL qualification is mandatory;
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is also mandatory;
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Check are also required;

The ideal candidate will have strong digital literacy skills, the ability to design and deliver engaging course materials and lessons, and experience in effectively managing difficult and sensitive topics and questions. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
