Senior Clinical Speech Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to deliver independent adult speech pathology clinical services to inpatients of a major hospital. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients with acquired swallowing and communication disorders.
Main Responsibilities- Assess and diagnose patients with complex communication and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
- Provide high-level clinical advice to professional supervisors and service managers to enhance teamwork and clinical outcomes.
- Clinical practice supervision and guidance to less experienced health practitioners and clinical assistants.
- Master's degree in Speech Pathology or related field.
- Current registration as a Speech Pathologist with the relevant state or territory regulatory body.
- Proven experience in delivering clinical services to inpatients with complex communication and swallowing disorders.
