Job Title: Senior Speech Therapist

This organisation is renowned for its innovative approach to healthcare.

We are seeking an experienced Speech Therapist to lead and develop our Speech Team in a dynamic clinic setting. With two clinicians already in place, we need a leader who can mentor and support their growth.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with a diverse team of professionals, and contributing to the growth and development of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide speech therapy services to patients in our clinic
  • To collaborate with the existing Speech Team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • To contribute to the growth and development of the Speech Team through mentoring and coaching
  • To maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • Speech Therapy qualification (Master's or Doctoral degree)
  • Current registration with the relevant health authority
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a clinical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
