Data Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, reports, and dashboards that support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications and data models, collaborating with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity in all reporting outputs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SSRS).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models.
  • Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting outputs.
Selection Criteria:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Reports/BI domain.
  • Experience in the design and implementation of one or more BI toolsets such as QlikView, Tableau, SAS Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, or Datazen.
  • Experience working with data connections from both source systems and static data sources.
  • Ability to deliver presentation layers, including graphs, charts, maps, and drill-down reports.
  • Experience collaborating with end users in an iterative environment to create deliverables and train users for self-service with BI tools.
  • Experience in unit testing, primarily using automation.
  • Skilled in preparing technical documentation, including Technical Design Documents, Data Models, and Data Dictionaries.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps release pipelines.
