Job Description

The Building Information Modeling and Virtual Design Construction Specialist plays a vital role in facilitating jobsite construction using VDC. They work under the BIM/VDC Manager to create 3D models on complex projects or multiple small projects, assist with design validation and model maintenance, support pre-construction with visualization and presentation, and contribute to research and implementation of construction technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain accurate 3D models
  • Develop effective visualization and presentation techniques for pre-construction
  • Research and implement new construction technologies

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related construction field and 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
