We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to provide home care services to our elderly clients in the Logan City area.
About the Role- Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to support clients with daily living activities
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Support clients with mobility and therapy goals, including those with complex care needs
- Provide social and emotional support, and assist clients with transportation to lifestyle activities or appointments
- Minimum 3 months experience in a similar professional role
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and own insured, roadworthy vehicle
- Experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications
- Guaranteed hours and shifts
- Award rate $32.74 per hour + Super + paid KM's
