Job Title: In-Home Care Support Specialist
Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an In-Home Care Support Specialist. This role involves providing personalized support to clients living in their own homes, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to clients, including assistance with daily activities such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
- Providing care in accordance with each client's individualized Care Plan is essential to ensure their needs are met.
- You will also support clients with community-based recreational and social activities, transportation, and assistance with shopping and appointments.
Requirements:
- Certificate III Aged Care or Individual Support qualification (or equivalent)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum)
- Roadworthy and insured vehicle for work purposes
- Experience working with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops
- Ability to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
