Home Care Support Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker.
About the Role- Provide home help services to our aged care clients, including general housekeeping, meal preparation, and social support.
As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the wellbeing of our community members and supporting their independence at home.
The Ideal Candidate- Must enjoy having variety in their day and be passionate about providing excellent service.
- Should be able to build positive relationships with clients and their families, and be comfortable working independently.
In addition, you will need:
- An Open class Australian Driver's Licence and your own insured, roadworthy vehicle.
- An interest in community care or aged care (experience preferred but not essential).
- Guaranteed hours and shifts
- Award rate + Super + paid KM's + phone allowance
- Casual roles with a view to permanent part time positions
