Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supervisor to join our team in a full-time role. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality food and hospitality services, and has experience in leading teams.


About the Role

As a Senior Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Café Manager in ensuring that every shift runs smoothly and every customer enjoys a memorable experience. You will take charge of shift operations, lead from the floor, oversee food safety and quality standards, and step up to coach and mentor staff.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day café operations, on afternoon (midday through to evenings) and weekend shifts
  • Act as 2IC and team leader, ensuring work is delivered to brand and standards
  • Oversee rostering, team coordination, and stock/order management
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures
  • Respond to customer feedback and service issues with care and professionalism

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 3–5 years' hospitality or food service experience
  • Previous experience supervising small teams
  • Familiarity with hospitality POS systems or similar
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A hands-on, can-do approach and ability to lead by example
