Job Title: F & B Precinct Manager

This nationally recognized hospitality business operates a portfolio of high-traffic food and beverage outlets across diverse environments. Known for delivering consistent quality and operational excellence, the company is seeking a capable, people-focused leader to oversee operations within one of its most prominent Melbourne precincts.

As F & B Precinct Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day and strategic performance of multiple food retail operations.
  • Leading a team of senior site managers and operational staff.
  • Driving commercial results, maintaining compliance, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Candidate Profile:

You are a senior hospitality leader with multi-site experience, ideally in retail or contract catering environments. Your strengths lie in people leadership, operational discipline, and delivering results in complex, fast-paced settings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum five years' experience in a senior hospitality leadership role.
  • Proven success managing high-volume, multi-site operations.
  • Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety compliance.
