Job Title: Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to lead our daily operations and ensure the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure efficient operations and a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to minimize downtime, coordinating with the operations team to reduce disruptions.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, diagnose equipment malfunctions, and coordinate necessary repairs.
  • Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools, optimizing procurement and management to ensure availability and reduce costs.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and generating reports on performance and key indicators.
  • Enforce safety protocols and conduct training sessions to promote a safe working environment.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that enhance equipment performance and operational goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
  • White Card required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance operations or site management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, maintenance best practices, and reliability engineering principles.
  • Experience in managing budgets and controlling costs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Valid Australian work rights and a current Driver Licence.
