The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Customer Support Expert to join our team as a Financial Hardship Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assessing applications for Financial Assistance and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will be responsible for:
- Assessing applications for Financial Assistance and making informed decisions
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers
- Working closely with our customers to understand their circumstances and provide options within our Financial Assistance framework
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting compliance with regulatory requirements

About YouWe're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or collections/hardship experience
- A strong sense of empathy and willingness to help others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A keen attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, discounted financial products, and paid parental leave.
