Job Title: Senior LecturerAbout the Role

As a Senior Lecturer, you will play a vital part in shaping the minds of future medical professionals at our university. Your role will involve providing pastoral care and overseeing student support to ensure optimal financial, social, and cultural outcomes.

  • Provide high-quality pastoral care to students, addressing complex personal and professional issues that may impact their academic progress.
  • Facilitate effective liaison between students and the School, including relationships with student associations and access to Student Services.
  • Advise on student issues, such as requests for transfer or extended leave, and other matters related to student welfare.

You will work closely with colleagues across campuses to provide backup and support. Participation in national selection processes and contributing to relevant research and scholarship are also key aspects of this role.
