Medical Administration Opportunity

Are you a motivated professional looking for a challenging role in medical administration?

The Medical Administration Registrar position is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Broome Hospital and contribute to the provision of quality health services to the community.

This fixed-term full-time appointment will run for 12 months, with the possibility of extension(s), and will involve working closely with the Director of Medical Services to provide professional leadership and guidance on strategic and operational projects.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who can demonstrate a commitment to training as a specialist medical administrator.

As a Medical Administration Registrar, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical administration and will be enrolled as a trainee with the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (RACMA).

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  1. Providing professional leadership and guidance on strategic and operational projects
  2. Working closely with the Director of Medical Services to deliver high-quality healthcare services
  3. Conducting research and analysis to inform policy and procedure development

Requirements for the role include:

  • General AHPRA Registration
  • Minimum 4 years of clinical experience
  • Current enrollment as a trainee in the RACMA specialist training program
