This role offers a unique opportunity for a skilled mid-career Mechanical Engineer to develop cutting-edge mechanical solutions and subsystems for our next-generation battery technology.

You will lead projects, take ownership of deliverables and contribute to improving processes and practices within the Engineering team. You will also have the chance to co-author invention reports and help design the future of our technologies.

The position requires designing and releasing mechanical parts and assemblies, including product-related parts, assembly fixtures and tooling. You will perform engineering calculations and simulations to generate relevant documentation.

You will participate in prototype development and builds, conduct or participate in design reviews to resolve technical issues and provide support for legacy products, including maintenance and problem-solving.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor/Masters/PhD in mechanical engineering or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in mechanical design integrating electronics. They must be skilled in 3D CAD and 2D drafting and have DFM experience in sheet metal and plastics.
