Project Manager - Construction Operations

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a seasoned project manager to lead and manage construction operations. The successful candidate will oversee the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional safety standards.

About This Opportunity:

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing project activities, as well as maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external parties.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

Proven track record in project management, preferably in the construction industry.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks.Proficient in project management software, including MS Project and Asana.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
