Job Title: Senior Project Leadership Position

Project Delivery Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex projects in the aviation sector. This includes both landside and airside projects, requiring strong leadership skills and technical expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects, managing teams, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders and clients. They will also have experience in project performance management, client engagement, contract management, variations, and claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project teams, including PMs and SPMs, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project strategies to meet client requirements and project objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in project management, preferably in the aviation sector.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in project performance management, client engagement, and contract management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • A relevant degree in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, Building, Design, Engineering, or a related discipline.
