Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans to achieve timely and cost-effective project delivery
- Co-ordinate and supervise a team of contract administrators, suppliers, contractors, and other project stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with the wider project team to problem-solve and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, ideally with an engineering background and a track record of delivering successful projects
- Excellent planning, organisational, and technical problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional project teams
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Project Management
- Strong project management skills, including proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
