About Business Intelligence Analyst Role

Our team is seeking a highly analytical and communicative Business Intelligence Analyst to support the delivery of data solutions that drive business performance. As a key member of our BI team, you will work closely with senior developers and stakeholders to deliver project-based initiatives and BAU operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior BI developers to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end data projects using SQL and Power BI.
  • Provide ongoing support for existing reports and data models, ensuring high-quality data delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Maintain documentation and develop solutions using reproducible and maintainable approaches.
  • Support report adoption by delivering user training and proactively identifying challenges and opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in analytics, working with customer and commercial data to generate actionable insights and measurable impact.
  • Advanced skills in developing Power BI reports and SQL scripts.
  • Strong commercial acumen, business judgment, and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
